Manage your rental with ease.

Take charge of your utility setup.

If your lease agreement stipulates that you are responsible for paying for your utilities directly, then you will need to contact the utility companies directly and set up an account in your name. Refer to the lease agreement to see what utilities you are responsible for paying.

What you need to know.

Can you hold a place before I apply?

The property/unit will remain available until an application is approved, and the deposit is received by BPM.

Do you charge an application fee?

Yes, a non-refundable application fee is charged to process an application.

How do I apply?

You can apply online for available units by visiting our website
www.bitterrootmanagement.com/rentals and clicking “Apply Now” on the listing of the property/unit you wish to apply for.

How do I pay rent?

Rent payments can be made through your online portal or by dropping off a check, cashiers check, or money order to our office during posted business hours. We do NOT have a drop box to receive after-hours payments. We do NOT accept any payments in cash.

What is the online portal?

An online tenant portal will be created once the lease has been signed and deposit, rent, or any other required fees have been paid.

The tenant portal will allow you to pay rent, make maintenance requests, view lease agreements and documents made available by BPM, submit proof of renter’s insurance, and view payment history.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first day of each month. Any rent paid after the fifth day of the month will incur a $75.00 late fee.

My lease is ending and I want to move out. What do I do?

BPM requires a 30 day notice to move out. You can submit a notice to vacate through your tenant portal, or you can email your notice to office@bitterrootmanagement.com

We will not accept a notice to vacate over the phone or in person, it must be submitted in writing.

Do you require renter’s insurance?

BPM requires renter’s insurance at all properties. If proof of active policy is not presented at lease signing, you will be automatically enrolled in a basic liability policy and assume responsibility for insurance charges and fees.
